Report has the report of the treasurer with all of the company's financial information. Also included is power generation statistics for the various geographical divisions managed by NSP. The Minneapolis Division was supplied by 4 hydroelectric power plants at St. Croix Falls, Coon Rapids, St. Anthony Falls and Wisota. They were supplemented by the Riverside steam station.

Report shows structure of mutual benefit association, income, disbursements and membership. The Influenza epidemic affected the association and an additional assessment of one month's dues was required from members for additional expenses. There was a $10,101.13 deficit at the end of January 1919. The biggest increase in expenses was for death payouts, going from $6699.50 in 1917 to $11900 in 1918. Twenty-eight deaths were listed for 1918 as opposed to 13 in 1917.

The larger membership numbered called for more home visitors, the department increased its staff from one (in 1918) to three in 1921. There were 387 homes visited in 1918 and 943 homes visited in 1921.

Annual report of financials and list of power plants owned by NSP. Due to the high cost of steam and gas coal, fuel charges absorbed about 21% of gross earnings. Development of a water power plant on the St. Croix River was underway. A ten year plan was announced.
