Mitchell Hall was completed in 1958 as a dormitory for women. The building was named for William B. Mitchell, who served as St. Cloud State's resident director from 1877 to 1901.
Constructed on the north side of Selke Field in 1947, these units housed military veterans and, later, married students. The buildings were razed in 1968.
Sacred Heart Chapel interior, St. Benedict's Monastery. From floor to the ceiling of the dome is over 120 feet (Height of chapel to tip of cross on dome is 135 feet.)
