This atlas contains 22 hand-drawn maps of Richfield compiled from official surveys. Many pages were manually updated with pencil or paper inserts to show new subdivisions.
This atlas accompanies the International Joint Commission's report concerning the Rainy Lake waterway between the United States and Canada. The Commission's efforts were concentrated on the traditional voyageurs highway, which now divides the Boundary Waters Canoe Wilderness Area and Quetico Provincial Park.

Map of Henry Dean and Walter Badgers proposed addition to Minneapolis: south of Minnehaha Parkway and north of 53rd Street West between Dupont Avenue South and Lyndale Avenue South. This addition replaced Butler's Brookside Addition. Walter Badger was the trustee for the deceased Eunice L. Butler.
