Mn/DOT Express was a newsletter published by the Minnesota Department of Transportation as an official medium of information to correlate the work of its employees throughout the state and to stimulate dedicated and efficient public service in all transportation activities. (1987 - 1995). December 1987 was the first issue.

Two of Twin City Rapid Transit's express boats (Harriet and Minnehaha) meet at the Wildhurst Dock to connect passengers with a streetcar to Minneapolis.
Back when having streetcars was the sign of a progressive town, towns without them were embarrassed. It was not uncommon to insert a fake streetcar into a street scene. In this case, the car is really from the Twin Cities.
