Spirit and Fellowship
Let us work for a better
spirit of good fellowship and
honesty. As a camp -e feel it's
need, even more than we did in
the civilian world-.
The spirit of 704, as we have
conceded to call our paper, has
dropper'1 it's head in shame. It
is an unusual day which fails to
see at least three or four fellows concerned over missing-
garments. From every quarter
"Some one is wearing my cap".
As a group of nearly 250 fellows, we cannot tolerate this. 0
One of the greatest pirie of the
Civilian Conservation Corps is
to fight this very thing. From
the congested sections of large
cities and farmina -Mstricts,
a group of boys of varted environments - ere trftown top ether to

on life, a ne - feeling of independence, and a retreat from those
temptations that folic so close
on a boy'o heel.
Now, set apart from them,
there is still a tendency that
leads to petty vices. Petty,
yes, but hov" much it does mean to
a bu- ' d y of 1 imi ted i .eans.
Their every violation of the
"Golden Rule", has a double
meaning Morale and. Material.
The former hits the individual,
the latter strikes home to your
buddy and. to mine.
Let us then cooperate and
enjoy, a more enthusiastic spirit
of gel low- ship and. security.
These and these alone, can make
our camp a. real home.

t hey do iuit o y ou."
