Radio class went into full evfing
Thursday,Deci6 with a big turn
out.After the class has learned
the simple rudimentals and the
theory of the subject,Lieutenant
Thomson plans to branch out into
the -subject of Commercial Radio.
A transmitting =t.,tion will bo
set up with Frank Grafelman as
its' licensed operator.

A class in Free Hand Lettering will be inaugurated Monday
Dec.10 and Thursday Dec.13 and
will continue thereafter at 8;00
o'clock each Monday and Thursday
■and will be held in the Officers

permanent leave Tuesday Dec,-4th.
for the purpose of securing employment in their respective dwelling places.We hope them luck
and we expect that they will inform us from time to time as to
what they are doing. \
Skipping the rope is coming
to the front as far as reducing :
is concerned.Ask Lewandowski,who
skipped for an hour one night
and woke up in tears to find he
had lost his Mae West figure.

For the past week we have attempted to. flood the camp skating rink but as yet we haven't
met with much success.The sn^w
has hindered us in flooding the
rink and has thawed the earth .so
much that the water seeps into
the soil and is wasted.Bear with
us a while longer fellows and we
will lick this thing yet.
Next week Barron and Johnson,
of this company,winners in  the
light-heavy and welter weight divisions ,respectively ,will , jour-.,
ney to St.Paul in an effort  to
bring back tho.-Diamond Belt and
win "fof'themcelv*3 a place among
others in th
boxing
world.
