January 7th, 1934, the

17l6, met for the purpose of forming a
leader's club. Howard
Gundy was appointed
Chairman and .Charles

SECOND LEADERS'
MEETING
The organization was formed for the purpose of providing entertainment and
more recreational activity for the Company. A committee composed of Dawson
& Kiger was appointed to organize a
company orchestra. Varner & Arnold were
put in charge of athletics and entertainment . Zinn & Ward were•selected to take
charge of special entertainment for
leaders. Richmond & Schoiler were appointed to oversee improvements on the
ski slide. Ward Taylor was £iven the
task of providing the newspaper staff
with supplies. The meeting was adjourned at 2;Uo P.M. and the next meeting is
to be called on January 10, 193^ at
7:.70 P.M. in the Orderly rootr..

The second meeting
of the leaders' club
was held in the Orderly room on Wednesday
January .10, All members were present.
The first business was concerned with
our mail delivery. It was decided that
hereaftar each section leader will call
for his section's mail at the office
and.deliver it accordingly.
We next brought up the subject of a banquet for the leaders' club to take place
in the near future. It was then decided
that Barracks #2 would be fixed to hold
the Forestry Class and also the gymnasium,
Scholler and Corporal Jack were to take
charge of building the ring for bosing
and wrestling. It was then decided that
our next, meeting would be held in the
barracks on Wednesday, January 17.
