In a truly different light,yours truly
tried his hand at warbling and omitted
some  satisfactory   (?)   noises.
The program    came to a  grand       finale
with a Selection by  our  own barn  dance  ensemble, consisting  of   "Dusty" Millar and
Banjo-Eyed"  Frasconi
The graduatod  enrolleos wore then pre-|
scntod  with  diplomas meriting thoir splenl
did achiovcrconts  in stump-jumping,   bush- !
whacking,lino-rushing,and  in general  gold-
bricking.
To top the party off  and give the graduated a royal  sond-off  generous     proportions   of  alcoholic fermented liquor,  made
from malt  and hops   (generally    known       as
;rved together    with    a    light
Friday night Sep't.28 marks the
passing of another epoch making farewell
party  ef the Wanless  knollsters.
Amid songs,cheers,boos,hisses,and what
have you,the    graduating    seniors   of   Co.
703 were ushered  out,   once mere to     join
the  ranks   of   civilized     society and to  be
reconciled to  their no  doubt  heartbroken
and griefstricIcon moils.
This gala event began with some heartrending shrieks and moans on the part of
tho gathering as a whole,each one endeavoring to demonstrate in his own quaint
way the art of hog calling and its likes.
Following this was a still more brilliant attempt of our Mess Sergeant Jody
Breedca to show his singing ability in a
I'a lament .Our own Ken Harlan, acting
as Master  of   Ceremonies  got     off good
"quips" and rendering his version of the
story of "..'m.Tell" in the Jowish dialect
won himself  an encore  in anct) or
at cry

lunch.
This final gesture v/as but a vain attempt on the company's part to show thoir
appreciation towards the disvharged mon
for their services and to speed thorn on
thoir way with a light heart and a chcory
soul.
V/ith this  wo  bid  thorn all  bon-ami,   a
toot  swcot,a toodle-doo,and a fond   cheerio
