4. HOLIDAY LEAVES.
a. Special loavo v/ith pay may.be
granted members of the CCC as follows:
' (1) Thanksgiving, November 29,- 1934'
only. Special loavo either with or without pay q-ill not be granted for the days
preceding or following November 29.
(2) Christmas Holidays;- Special leave
v/ith pay wall be granted, such enrollees
as desire tho privilege, from.the close
of the work period- on Friday, December
21, 1S34 to.- midnight, Wednesday, December
26, 1934 or from close of work period
on Friday, December 28, 1954 to midnight
Wednesday, January 2, 1935. No enrollee
v/ill be granted leaves di ring both tpmos,
(3). Nothing in tho above instructions
will be construed to prevent any enrollee
from obtaining'permission to absent himself from camp without loss of pay on
non-working days in the period December

MO.-T APPETIZING MENU TO
BE GIVEN. THANKS IVING DAY
With the customary roast turkey heading the menu, the members of Headquarters
Companyi CCC, arc in. for a "sv-foli" dinner
Thanksgiving Day according to Fred Nephew, the Mess Sergeant. The meal v/ill
be served about 12:30. ■• ■-
In addition to the turkey there will
be celery, radishes, olives, oyster
dressing, mashed potatoes, candied -sweet
potatoes, brown gravy, string beans,
head lettuce and tomato salad, cranberry
sauce, pumpkin pic a la. mode, assorted
fruit, mixed nuts and- candy, fruit cake,
and coffee' and cream.
Preparations arc being made to feed
about 150 or 175 with the majority being
members ,of this company who remain here
and tho rest being invited as guests of
the company. • '.
DRAMATIC CLUB SELECTS PLAY
As wo all know the success of our
last play depended entirely upon the.
efforts of everybody that wished to cooperate in its-making. Once again a play
has been.selected that calls for a little
more technical ability on tho actors part
and more time.and effort on the part of
tho director,. ,
. This club has just boon formed, and
is. still in its making. An announcement
..all be made to everybody in the company
that will be willing to devote their time
to.the production of the next play and
the best-man wins.. Howev...r any constructive criticisms and suggestions will bo

William Tufts,., is at present the acting president'. Robert Hedrick is the
director v/ith Robert Hurd as the coach and
Robert Beaumont the technical advisor.
It is sinccrly hoped that more and more
of the men will take an interest in this
form of, recreation.and will avail themselves of this "marvelous opportunity.
