The attention of all concerned, is
invited to the fact that the selecting
agencies recommendation an" verification of the allottees affidavit requesting discharge is required before
an application for discharge can be
acted upon. Presentation of affidavits without verification and recommendation of the selecting agency mil
delay the granting of a, discharge until approval and verification is secured. Proper instructions to allottees and prospective employers will,
prevent possible delay. Tolegrams-
will not be considered.
Instructions have been received to
discharge all enrollees, not specific-
ly exempted, with 18 or more months of
service on June 30, 1935.
Ball playing will not be permitted
on the Company Streets or in areas
where windows are indangered. It will
be unnecessary to adopt specific regulations concerning ball practice with
in the Camp Area if all concerned will
exercise reasonable care and not play

This Camp, with an average strength
of 173 enrollees, consumed the following amounts of perishable food during
April 1935 Bread, 3300 lbs; Milk,
6610 half pints; Potatoes, 6000 lbs;

Beef, 3131 lbs; Ham, 982*- lbs; Bggs;
570 Doz; visc. Meats, ISIS lbs.

Capt. Davis Back To Stay
It was a pleasant surprise to learn
that Capt. Davis was coming back to
this Company to stay. As this paper
is about to ^o to press, we take this
opportunity of welcoming him backr and
can only add, "Te're sure glad he is
back".
