Repair Shop Torn Down
The repair shop, adjoining the two
garages, was torn down by Bob Richards
and Ben Foss early this week. The reason for tearing it down is because it
was considered a fire hazard.
The new repair shop, which was recently completed, will take the place
of the old one. All the tools and devices were moved into the new shop and
it is now in use by the mechanic and
his staff.
Safoty^Meeting
A safety meeting was held Tuesday
last. All the men congregated in the
recreation hall and listened to Mr.
Archibald, State ECW Inspector, speak
on safoty. He gave us a number of
pointers on safety while handling var^'
ious tools in the field. He also gave
us a few hints to romember, as a measure of preventing forest fires. It was
a very interesting speech that will
undoubtedly linger in the minds of any
would-be violators.
MANY DISTINGUISHED GUESTS PRSSINT
The 'Smoker1, stag party, . hold
last Thursday nite, was a great success

enjoyed immensely by all.
The ' fine Dutch lunch put up by
the kitchen staff was very appeasing,
for which we offer 'orchids' for their
splendid work.
