Schmahl writes that a man will
be in the city on the above date
to give examinations to all those
wishing to take them. Under
the law every driver who works
for a salary driving a machine
must be licensed and all owners
who have machines for hire
must take out licenses.
The examinations will either
be held in the city hail assembly room or in one of the rooms
of the business college.
