I, Richard Cox, at present residing at White Bear Lake, Minnesota, do hereby mark, publish and declare, this my last will & testament.
I give, devise & bequeath to my beloved wife Amelia D. Coxe all my estate real personal and mixed wherever situate with full power of sale and disposition thereof by grant devise or otherwise.
Any portion of said estate which should not be disposed of by my said wife by grant devise or otherwise I give and devise as follows:
To Harriet E. Fillebrown of St. Paul, to Mary A. Montgomery of Quincy, Ill, to Emma V. Montgomery of Quincy, Ill, to Albert M. Coxe of Chicago, Ill, each a fifth part thereof and to Alexander B. Cox and Robert E. Coxe the children of Robert E. Coxe deceased one tenth part thereof each.
I hereby appoint my said wife Amelia D. Coxe the administration of this will with full power of sale.
In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and seal this 14th day of Apr[il] 1894 hereby revoking all former wills.
