Babcock, Commissioner of Highways, after investigation of the application made by >Mississippi River Scenic Highway Association< on the >28th< day of >June< 19 >20<, do find that the application is meritorious and the Highway Trail therein described is worth of registration and protection under the provisions of Chapter 318, Laws of 1917. Therefore; it is ordered that the said Highway Trail be registered in the office of the Highway Department, as starting from >State line south of Caledonia along Miss. R. [Mississippi River]< and thence via >St. Paul St. Cloud Little Falls to Brainerd thence< and terminating at >West East to Duluth and Grand Marais.
