| Transcript | 32 Form 116. STATE OF MINNEOSTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT I, Charles M. Babcock, Commissioner of Highways, after investigation of the application made by Lake Superior International Highway Ass™n [Association] on the 15th day of March 19 26 , do find that the application is meritorious and the Highway Trail therein described is worth of registration and protection under the provisions of Chapter 318, Laws of 1917. Sec 78 Chapter 323, Laws 1921 Therefore; it is ordered that the said Highway Trail be registered in the office of the Highway Department, as starting from Lester River St. Louis County and thence via Lake and Cook counties along T.H. [Trunk Highway] #1 and terminating at Port Arthur Canada to be known as With the following color combination and design hereby authorized to be used in marking said highway trail: In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my official seal, at St. Paul, Minnesota, this 17th day of March 19 26 Certificate Order No. 4969 Recorded Mar.
