This 4 page typewritten report, written by Hilma Berglund, describes the second and third five years of the Twin City Weavers' Guild. It describes membership growth, programs and exhibits. Four weaving institutes were held, three at the University of Minnesota, and one in a private home. Due to the growth of membership, meetings were held both day and evening, and some meetings were held at member homes.
