The back cover holds a fold out document of State Game Refuges consisting of a map of the state and descriptions of individual sites. The commissioner provides a summary of law enforcement, hunting and trapping, predatory animal and bird control, account of forestry, drainage and pollution, reports of game refuges and fish refuges. He also submits reports on the distribution of fish stocked throughout the state, condition of hatcheries, fish surveys, a financial report of the department, inventory of state property, and recommended projects for the future. Additional special reports include a commercial fishing summary by Albert C. Klancke of the Bureau of Commercial fishing, �Game Propagation� by Frank D. Blair and �Minnesota state fisheries at Redby� by S. A. Selvog. Finally, the Item provides a lengthy exclusive treatise by Thaddeus Surber: �The Root River drainage basin, southeastern Minnesota� which includes illustrations, diagrams, and a fold out map of the scientific investigations.

The fourteenth annual report of the Board of Park Commissioners consists of an address from the president describing efforts to improve funding to and increase the legal power of the parks department, the establishment of a Japanese tea garden in Como Park, the development of playgrounds, and other park needs and accomplishments during 1904, the superintendent's report with details on park maintenance and plantings, blacksmith earnings, park police, inventories, financial statements, playgrounds, and recommendations, and the secretary's report with updates on street lawns under board care, along with monthly financial statements. This report includes a memorial to recently deceased board member John Henry Allen, and photographs of Riverside Park, Shadow Falls Park, and a foot bridge in Como Park.
Summary of statistical and financial data for the Associated Charities. In 1904 the Provident Savings Fund was created for children and adults to have a savings account and deposit small amounts of money. The Department of Tuberculosis was established, doctors and laymen met to develop plans and policies to try and prevent the spread of tuberculosis. Ten fraudulent charities were investigated and nine of them disbanded.

Report has the report of the treasurer with all of the company's financial information. Also included is power generation statistics for the various geographical divisions managed by NSP. The Minneapolis Division was supplied by 4 hydroelectric power plants at St. Croix Falls, Coon Rapids, St. Anthony Falls and Wisota. They were supplemented by the Riverside steam station.

This March 1920 report summarizes the activities of Asbury Hospital for the year of 1919. The report contains the articles of incorporation and lists the names of Asbury Hospital officers, directors, and the executive committee. Contains reports from the secretary, the field secretary, the superintendent, the out-patient department, the dispensary, and the treasurer. Also includes the patients' report stating the number of patients admitted, patients' religious denominations, nationalities, residences, and occupations. The names of contributors to Asbury Hospital are also listed. Includes patient admission instructions. The report also includes a section for the Nurses' Training School listing enrollment statistics, faculty, text books, and the graduates from 1894-1919.
