Annual report of statistical and financial data delivered by the Northwest Hospital Association: Treasurer, Secretary, President, and Physicians.Two new graduates of the Nurses' Training Program were presented. Sixty applications were received for the Nurses' Training Program and 7 were accepted. Spring Lecture Courses were listed. An increase in patients is primarily in obstetrical and surgical work.

An Emergency fund was set up to provide immediate relief to urgent cases. There was a system of tickets for lodging and restaurants that was always honored by the local establishments to aid applicants.

Minneapolis Humane Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and Animals

Report of the Minneapolis Humane Society whose work aims to prevent cruelty to both humans and animals. Includes statistical and financial data and important cases outlining issues and services provided. In 1907 the Society assumed responsibility of a home for babies, resulting in a significant loss of funds. Co-operation with various charitable organizations allowed the Society to continue work.

In 1901, the number of organizations such as churches, societies and institutions that cooperated with Associated Charities increased to 119. Associated Charities continued to run an Employment Bureau and 7,833 odd jobs were found for men and women.

Superintendent's report includes information on the teaching methods used, Sunday School, Elementary, Tray and Bench Sloyd, Garden Squads, health and more. Includes photographs of the building and children. Sloyd is a system of handicraft education that originated in Finland in 1865.
