This 1912 atlas provides eleven detailed plat maps showing Duluth streets, divisions, tracts, and additions. A key map in the beginning shows the location of each of the plat maps.
Map shows areas of distribution of white pine, Norway pine, spruce pulpwood cords, balsam pulpwood, poplar pulpwood, birch ties, cedar ties, gravel roads, logging roads, tote roads, foot of hills, slope, camps, old shacks and old cuts in area north of Hovland (Twp 63 N R 3-4 E).
Map shows names of property owners surrounding Lake Minnetonka, naming Lake Minnetonka bays, communities and neighboring lakes. Color was added to designate townships. Sections are numbered. Map is bordered by advertising from local businesses. This map, matted and framed under ultraviolet-protecting glass, is dated 1879.

Includes patron directory (6 pages) and miscellaneous maps, diagrams, reports and road laws (6 pages) and 1 large insert, a fold-out map of the city of St. Cloud.
This plat book was drawn from actual surveys and county records and includes Olmsted County, the individual townships, cities, towns, a patron's directory and a table of distances for the county. Township maps show the property owners, location of roads, railroad tracks, schools, rivers, farm houses, cemeteries and mills.
