The back cover holds a fold out document of State Game Refuges consisting of a map of the state and descriptions of individual sites. The commissioner provides a summary of law enforcement, hunting and trapping, predatory animal and bird control, account of forestry, drainage and pollution, reports of game refuges and fish refuges. He also submits reports on the distribution of fish stocked throughout the state, condition of hatcheries, fish surveys, a financial report of the department, inventory of state property, and recommended projects for the future. Additional special reports include a commercial fishing summary by Albert C. Klancke of the Bureau of Commercial fishing, �Game Propagation� by Frank D.
