Oscar's Radiator Service and Bait Shop, owned by Oscar Wicklund, was located on Highway 13 at Vine Street (renamed Ottawa Avenue) Savage Minnesota. Originally the building was Mark Egan's Texaco and was razed between 1968 - 1970.
